Audience: Office personnel at a software company who have been identified through employee evaluations as unable to meet performance goals and are on performance improvement plans for lack of productivity. Most have a bachelor's degree and 2-7 years of experience with the company. They have proficient computer skills and are familiar with self-paced, online training.
Business Problem: Company has concerns with project delays, increasing paid overtime expenses, and employee retention issues. A survey of employees on performance improvement plans for lack of productivity revealed difficulties in task and project prioritization, as well as disruptions hindering productive work.
Solution: An eLearning course with a continuous scenario that models a system to manage projects and tasks as well as solutions to productivity hindrances. The goal is to improve employee productivity by 50%, increasing focused and productive time to 6 hours per day for each employee, while concurrently mitigating project delays and reducing paid overtime costs.

Scenario-based Assessment
Process: I utilized both the ADDIE and SAM models while creating this project. I conducted a needs analysis, and through content mapping, created a design document and storyboard. Next, I developed the eLearning course, incorporating feedback along the way. Evaluations of this training are based on Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation. Level 2 evaluations include both knowledge checks and the scenario-based final graded assessment. Level 3 evaluations include office observations to see what strategies employees are utilizing, monitoring of employee time sheets for reduction of paid overtime, and informal employee evaluation meetings with manager.

Audience: Community members, including Good Samaritans, who require assistance and guidance when they encounter abandoned animals or those in need of re-homing. The course will be hosted on the rescue organization's website, making it accessible to individuals with computer or mobile device access and adequate technological proficiency for self-paced online learning.
Business Problem: A dog rescue organization receives daily requests for assistance regarding abandoned puppies, dogs, and surrenders. Due to overcrowding, the rescue is not always able to provide aid. Community members who could help are uninformed of actions to take and resources available to assist in dog rescue efforts.
Solution: An eLearning course aimed at supporting individuals and guiding community members through the process of rescuing stray or abandoned dogs. This initiative will enhance communication, boost volunteer rescue efforts, and advance the organization's rescue mission.

Drag and Drop Knowledge Check
Process: I employed both the ADDIE and SAM models throughout the entire project. I conducted a needs analysis, drafted a design document, and developed the eLearning module. Evaluations of this training are based on Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation. Level 2 evaluations include the knowledge check and final graded assessment. While hard to assess volunteers, level 3 evaluations would include reduced volume of requests for surrender of abandoned dogs and an increase in number of volunteer foster families.
